How to Order

1. Place your order using one of the following channels:
  • Order online through our website at http://sportsco.sg

    Submit your order online at our website by:

    > Selecting the item you’d like to purchase by clicking [add to cart]
    > Proceed to checkout by clicking [proceed to checkout] on top right corner
    > Indicate your details, collection / delivery and payment method
    > Complete the checkout process

  • Order by Email
    Submit your order via email to us at sales@sportsco.sg

  • Note: Only online order submitted using our website's shopping cart will earn loyalty points. Order by email will not earn loyalty points since the loyalty points are automatically tracked by our website.
2. After placing order, we will contact you through sms to verify your order.

For Bank Transfer Payment
  • Please proceed to make payment. Our bank account number can be found in our order confirmation email.

  • After you transfer the payment, please notify us via email to sales@sportsco.sg stating your name, date and time of transfer, and amount transferred.

  • We will ship the order once we verify received of payment.

Payment Method

Payment by Bank Transfer:
  • Payment can be done via internet banking transfer, ATM transfer and cash deposit machine.
  • With the new Fast And Secure Transfers (FAST) service, you can now make same-day transfer from one participating bank to another via internet banking without additional charge. Some of the participating banks are DBS, UOB, OCBC, POSB, HSBC, Citibank, Standard Chartered Bank, Maybank, CIMB etc
PayPal and Credit Card Payment:
  • We accept PayPal and Credit Card payment. Credit Card payment will be processed through PayPal.
  • We prefer to receive payment by bank transfer to keep our price low.
  • However, we can understand that you may prefer to pay with PayPal or Credit Card. Hence, we provide these payment options subject to processing fee of 3.9% of the total order amount.
E-invoice under Vendors@Gov:
  • We can bill using E-invoice under Vendors@Gov.
  • Email us at sales@sportsco.sg to place your order.

Delivery Method

  • Singpost Registered Mail / Smartpac
  • Qxpress, NinjaVan local courier or our own delivery
We always deliver using trackable local courier

We do not deliver using Singpost Regular Mail (non trackable) as Singpost is known to lose regular mail from time to time and we do not want you to lose your order.

We reserve all rights to determine the appropriate delivery method for your order.

Shipment & Delivery Process

  • We will ship your order after we have received your payment
  • You will normally receive your order within the next 5 working days from the day we receive your payment
  • On busy season, kindly allow more time for the courier to deliver your order
  • We cannot deliver to area under Courier’s No Go Zone (the following list may not exhaustive as it may be updated from time to time by the courier): military camps, school hostels, hotels, change airport, sentosa, marina bay sands and others listed in http://sg.ta-q-bin.com/common/pdf/NoGoZone.pdf

Delivery Tracking

You can track your delivery using the tracking number provided in your order shipment confirmation email.

Warranty & Replacement

  • We offer minimum of 14-days warranty on manufacturing defect for all our products
  • Manufacturing defect is an unintended defect during the manufacturing process that makes the product is not in a working condition.
  • Manufacturing defect are normally found when you just open the box and inspect the product before using the product.
  • We reserve the right to determine whether a defect is a manufacturing defect.

  • As part of our Quality Control and minimize inconvenience, please be rest assured that we have checked each product to be in a good working condition before selling it.

  • To make a warranty claim, please contact us at sales@sportsco.sg with email subject of Warranty Claim
  • Replacement of product of parts can be made at our scheduled self collection venues with prior appointment.
  • Any protective casing received with the product, such as plastic bag and boxes etc, should be returned along with the product in the original condition.
  • In case the product is out of stock, we will offer you a refund or you can choose to wait until the product is in stock.
  • We strictly do not offer refund.

Usage Disclaimer

Fitness training can result in serious or fatal injury. Risk of injury can be lessened when proper wear are used, equipment is maintained properly, safe technique, common sense & proper supervision are practiced. Safety first - always use proper wear and check the equipment before usage.

Buyers and users assume all risk of injury and disability. SPORTSCO will not be liable for any injury and disability sustained when using the product as we cannot and do not have any control on how the product is being used by the user and how safety measure is being practiced by the user.
