 For assisted pull up, which band is suitable for me?

The following is a general guideline for user who has zero pull up count:

For user 40KG - 55KG: Purple Band

For user 55KG - 70KG: Green Band

For user 70KG and above: Blue Band

Note: As many factors (such as grip, arm and back muscle strength) contribute to your success in performing pull up, the above just a general guideline. If you find there is not enough resistance to assist you in performing your pull up, you can also combine using 2 bands at the same time for your assisted pull up.
